Guided Tour Terms Full payment is due at time of booking. Cancellations more than 14 days in advance will receive a 95% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of trip date are non-refundable. Weather conditions do not permit clients to cancel trips. If your Zion Adventures® guide determines conditions make the event unsafe, we will reschedule or make every effort to provide a comparable experience; if not possible, all purchases will be refunded in full. My wife and 3 kids (14, 13, 12) booked a half day and we all had a blast!! It's a fun and safe way to experience the canyon...You don't need to have any climbing or canyoneering experience at all to enjoy it- they tell you what you need to know and they help you every step of the way.

The ONLY bad thing I have to say is that we wished we had done a full day!!...our guide, Jen, made us feel so safe!! She was extremely knowledgeable and educated us on the basics so that we truly felt safe. I can't say enough about Jen - the girls loved her and we were so sad for the trip to be over!!
