How to make a reservation

If you'd like to make a reservation, please fill out the request form so that we can check availability for you. The submission of this form is NOT a guaranteed reservation. We will follow up as quickly as we can.

Guided Trip Guests

We want you to have the best vacation possible, and so we invite you to take advantage of these special discounts.
  • First, book your guided adventure.
  • Each additional guided trip, gear rental, or shuttle is 10% off (valid for one month from the date of the initial guided trip)
  • Your discount will be applied towards the equal or lesser priced service.
Note: These discounts may not be combined with other discounts.

Military Personnel

You served our country, and we want to give back to you. All veterans, active-duty soldiers, and your immediate families (husbands, wives, and dependent children) will receive:
  • 15% off guided trips & shuttles
  • 25% off rentals
  • 10% off retail (excluding GoPro & Imlay Canyon Gear)

Terms of service

We schedule reservations so that you can be guaranteed the proper service. 

​Rentals & Shuttles
Full payment is charged at the time of booking.  Cancellations more than 14 days in advance will receive 100% refund. Cancellations made 24 hrs - 14 days prior will receive store credit. Cancellations by Zion Adventures® due to weather will receive a full refund.

Shuttles will board 5 minutes prior to departure and leave on-time in order to respect all guests. If you are late, or do not arrive, you will be charged the full amount of the reserved service.

Guided Trips & Courses
Full payment is due at time of booking. Cancellations more than 14 days in advance will receive a 95% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of trip date are non-refundable. Weather conditions do not permit clients to cancel trips.  If Zion Adventures® determines conditions make the event unsafe, we will reschedule or make every effort to provide a comparable experience; if not possible, all purchases will be refunded in full.
