Who are E-Bikes and Classic Bikes Recommended For?
- Guests comfortable riding a bicycle with shift levers and hand brakes.
- Guests looking to skip the canyon shuttle and shuttle lines.
- Guests looking to do the Zion Narrows hike. Walking stick holder and basket for gear provided.
Rental Terms
Your bikes will be available when we open at 8am. They are due back by 7:30pm. Multi-day rentals of e-bikes must come back to be charged at our location. They are available for pickup the following day.
We schedule reservations so that you can be guaranteed proper service. Full payment is charged at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 14 days from your rental are subject to a full refund. Cancellations made 2 - 14 days prior to reservation date are subject to store credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to no refund unless weather related.
During monsoon season, threats of thunderstorms and inclement weather are possible. Please make your reservation knowing that the weather can be unpredictable. Rain normally occurs during the afternoons during monsoon season. Typically this is between the months of July and September. Cancellations due to weather are subject to a full refund. Final say is determined by Zion Adventures.
Refunds will not be automatically issued if there is rain in the forecast. Zion Adventures holds the right to determine if weather related refunds are warranted and are assessed with safety in mind.

Transport for mountain bikes is not included in rentals. Exceptions have been in the past, but it is unlikely. Please call us to find out.
Tailgate pads and hitch mounted bike racks are available for rent and are the recommended way of transporting bikes to the trailheads.
Trails are located near our sister location and may be biked to. Exposure to decently trafficked road is inevitable if option of biking to trailhead is chosen.
