The Canyon Drive and its hikes are the main attraction. Here, you’ll find Zion’s famous hikes, chock full of breathtaking views, dramatic mountain landscapes, and awesome dimensions. Trails in Zion Canyon are well-marked and dotted with interpretive signage. In addition, many trails are paved, easing access for disabled visitors. For all this drama and access, however, you pay a price: photographers, hikers, and sightseers flock to the trails in the main canyon. If you spend time in Zion Canyon, we recommend choosing quieter times of the day; sunrise and sunset hikes are not only your best bet for incredible light and relative solitude, but also for reasonable temperature in the sweltering summer months.

We highlight the top hikes of the Park as outlined in the below thumbnail and link. Take a moment to view the Easy Reference to help plan your time.
