Co-founder, teacher, intuitive, friend.

At some point during my third year in elementary school, I realized that I would become a school teacher “when I grew up.” I certainly didn’t understand all that it involved, but I knew it would be my future. At 22, I was offered my first teaching position. The first couple of days were frightening - all of those faces looking at me, each expecting something different out of their “New” teacher.

And then I remembered when I was eight, in the second grade, loving life, loving school and loving my teacher. The most settling componant though, was knowing that she loved me. It all fell into place at that moment. Just love them: listen to them, be honest with them, talk to them, not at them, find out what they need, and help them achieve those desires. Teaching was easy after that.

When I left that position, I was heavily impacted by the results of such a simple concept. And as my involvement in the Zion Adventure Company grew, we realized that the lesson I learned with my students was the foundation we wanted for our Company. It is the essential component of what we do here in Zion. We are educators. We care about people. We listen. We are honest. We want to help those who seek more knowledge and awareness.

As students and educators, we continue to look for more effective ways to help those who seek our assistance. We have taken the time to examine the learning process. We will not tell you what to do or what to believe. Instead we will give you all the information we can to help you make your own well-informed decisions about what to do with your precious time.

And then if you need us, we can help you get where you want to go.

All my best... mcv
