Terms of Service

We try to minimize "rules and policies" around here. As a reservation-based business, however, we need a few iron-clad Cancallation Policies to help clarify obligations and responsibilities when client plans occasionally go awry. Here are the vital guidelines:

Shuttles: Shuttle reservations will be refunded, less a $5/person reservation fee, with cancellation no later than 24 hours prior to departure. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the day of departure will be charged the full amount due. When you get home, you may need to take a deep breath when you see charges for a shuttle you never rode on. Please remember, however, we kept your seat for you, and things outside our control prevented you from filling that seat.

Trips and Tours: Your trip is 100% refundable up to 30 days prior to departure. Once inside the 30-day window (up to 24 hours in advance), we deduct a 25% cancellation fee from your refund. You may apply this 25% fee toward future services within two years of the date of cancellation.
Cancellations within 24 hours of trip departure are non-refundable. We highly recommend trip insurance to avoid changes in travel plans - such as emergencies - costing you a bundle. We cannot refund your trip inside the cancellation window due to illness or injuries of yourself or members of your group, as we have held back others from joining your trip so you could go.

Outfitting Reservations (includes General and Narrows Rental Gear, Tubing, and Canyoneering Equipment): Because a reservation literally holds your gear so no one else can use it, we charge your card in full. We will process a 100% refund up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled outfitting time. Cancellations within the 24 hour window are non-refundable.

We do everything in our power to make sure your event can happen as planned. We often turn away others to accommodate your reservations. Whether you show up or not, we have dedicated staff time and denied other visitors opportunities that were reserved for you. If you feel these policies do not work for you, please do not make a reservation.
